MAC users must be able to Accept Cookies to access photos:
SAFARI browser, Go to: (from main menu with Safari active) Safari > Preferences > Security and check the field "Accept Cookies: Always".
FIREFOX browser, Go to: Main menu (with FireFox active), go to: FireFox > Preferences > Privacy and check the box labelled "Accept cookies from sites".
